A Letter from Kashgar

We received a letter on November 26, 2018. It was written by a Kashgar resident, photographed and sent to a relative living abroad via Chinese social media platform WeChat. The letter is 4 pages long, and was written by hand in Uyghur Arabic script. We removed the names of the people mentioned in the letter so that they will not be identified and punished by the local government.
